This is a fabulous Head of Medusa 14K gold charm/pendant. The bail will accommodate up to 3mm thick chain. Enhanced by blue enamel. Measures 11/16" (17.4mm) in diameter, and weighs 3.46 grams. Marked 14K. It is in very good condition.
