This is a vintage Swiss Vatican Guard 18k gold charm enameled with yellow and blue. Enamel is intact. Marked 750 which is the European equivalent of 18 karat. Total weight of the charm is 4.1 grams. Measures approx. 1-1/16" x 5/8" x 7/16" (30.5mm x 17.5mm x 11mm). The charm is in very good vintage condition.
