You are looking at a unique handmade 19.2K gold Rooster vintage charm/pendant with gorgeous filigree and enamel work. The Rooster measures 1-3/16" (30mm) tall. Marked PORTUGAL on the bottom. Hallmarked on the loop"800" which is the Portuguese equivalent of 19.2 karat gold. (The gold mark used in Portugal from 1938-1984 depict a cat's head with tongue sticking out. Rectangular frame means it was marked in Porto.) Total weight of the charm is 5.3 grams. The bail will accommodate up to 4mm thick necklace. The charm is in great condition.
