This is an amazing ball-shaped charm from the Edwardian period. Two little latches are connected to the top, and once released allow the charm to open and reveal 6 little round picture frames that are all wonderfully concealed into this small round ball. The bail will accommodate up to 3.5mm necklace. The ball measures 13/16" (20.0mm) in diameter without latches and weighs 13.5 grams. The charm measures open 4-1/2" long by 3/4". Marked 14k and guaranteed to be 14K gold. It is in excellent vintage condition.
