This is a fabulous Head of Medusa 14K gold charm. The bail will accommodate up to 3.5mm thick chain. Enhanced by dark blue enamel. Measures 11/16" (17.4mm) in diameter, and weighs 3.7 grams. Marked 14K. The charm is in excellent condition.
