1950's Victrola Record Player Stanhope Enamel Movable Vintage 14k Gold Charm
You are looking at an exceptionally well crafted by Walter Lampl 14k Gold Victrola vintage charm with lots of intricate details. On the front it features colorful enamel that resembles record albums. The top opens to reveal a black enameled record and movable phonograph arm. It also has two movable miniature doors on the front. The doors opens to show the Stanhope. If you look into the peephole there are 5 views of scenes from what looks like the 1940's appears. The 5 images are showing the courtship of a couple from their 1st meeting to the time they get married. The 1st image is their first meeting, showing the woman walking her dog in the park with the man tipping his hat to her and the caption reads "Strolling Through The Park One Day". The 2nd image shows the couple on a date at the Zoo featuring two monkeys together in a cage at the zoo, and the caption reads "It Was Love At First Sight". The 3rd image shows the couple ridding on the top part of a double decker bus kissing with hearts around their heads and the caption reads " Off On Their Magic Carpet". The 4th image shows the couple riding on the Tunnel of Love, and he is giving her an engagement ring and the caption reads " The Beginning Of The End". The 5th picture shows the couple as bride and groom walk out of the Church just married and the caption reads "The End".
The charm is marked WL14K (Walter Lampl). Total weight of the charm is 4.5 grams. Measures 1/2" x 7/16" x 3/8" (12.5mm x 11.2mm x 9.7mm) (measured with the top and cabinet doors closed). The charm is in very good vintage condition.
